- Group Coaching Engage with the Building Small community. Through shared online sessions and experiences, you will build foundational knowledge and expose yourself to real projects in motion while growing a network of individuals like you.
- Individual Coaching: Engage with one of our Small PROs matched to the expertise you need, and personality that works best for you. A short discovery call helps determine best fit. Then you set up the frequency, format and timing that works best for you and your Coach.

Small LAB is a live project critique providing direct, candid feedback from a curated panel of Small PROs. You are welcome to submit a project that could use this experienced ʻlook under the hoodʻ, or you are welcome to sit in on the session and learn as the panel and sponsor review, discuss and challenge assumptions.
Small Steps
Monthly sessions focused on one essential step in the development process, aligned with the Circle of Success. Each month we release a curated set of on-demand video, readings, discussion questions, and live sessions with a Small PRO who has unique experience in this particular aspect of Building Small.
After you’ve done the training, what comes next? Small Coach was created based on the the growth Building Small’s Founder gained from his experience in Strategic Coach – a success focused coaching program for entrepreneurs.
