How Small Coach Works
Small Coach helps you develop a high performance approach to a balanced life as a Small Developer. Working with our coaches we focus on three inter-related aspects of a meaningful and fulfilling career – YOU, the overall ENTERPRISE you want to build, and the individual PROJECTS that help you get there.
Three ways you can tap into the experience that is Small Coach.
- WORKSHOPS. Start your Small Coach path by attending a FOUNDATIONS WORKSHOP. During this one-day program you start by gaining important self knowledge of how you handle risk, how you approach a project and where to play to your strengths in the realm of development. In the afternoon, we continue your journey with peer-to-peer discussions, case study learning and time taking a hard look at what is holding you back.
- PROJECT CRITIQUES. If you are in the early, mid, or final stages of a project and seek experienced input, apply to have your project reviewed in our live Small LAB series. We will organize a panel of experienced Small PROs to look under the hood of your project and provide insights, perspective, new ideas, and redirects to help you succeed.
- INDIVIDUAL GUIDANCE. If you are wrestling with specific issues in your projects or career path, ask about 1:1 coaching sessions with our experienced Coaches who will be paired to your unique needs.
